COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new corona virus. This new virus and disease were unknown to humans before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been designated by WHO as a pandemic and on April 13, 2020 and the President of the Republic of Indonesia has designated COVID-19 as a national disaster through Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020. The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) as the Coordinator for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 developed a technology-based self-assessment tool through the InaRisk Personal Application.
Self-assessment is one of the efforts to prevent COVID-19 by providing self-assessment tools at the individual, family and village level. This self-assessment can provide benefits for the community, especially those who carry out assessments, such as information on the level of risk of contracting COVID-19 based on behavior or habits. As for the government as a database of individuals / families / villages at high / medium / low risk so that it can be useful in formulating strategies and action plans to reduce transmission of COVID-19.
The dashboard of the results of the self-assessment is the result of analysis of high / medium / low risk individual / family / village data and as a monitoring tool for prevention activities. The analysis results are presented in the form of tables, graphs, maps and crosstab.
