COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new corona virus. This new virus and disease were unknown to humans before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been designated by WHO as a pandemic and on April 13, 2020 and the President of the Republic of Indonesia has designated COVID-19 as a national disaster through Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020. This is due to the spread of the plague that has covered 34 provinces in Indonesia.

The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) as the Coordinator for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 developed a technology-based self-assessment tool through the InaRisk Personal Application.

Self-assessment is one of the efforts to prevent COVID-19 by providing self-assessment tools at the individual, family and village level. This self-assessment can provide benefits for the community, especially those who carry out assessments, such as information on the level of risk of contracting COVID-19 based on behavior or habits. As for the government as a database of individuals / families / villages at high / medium / low risk so that it can be useful in formulating strategies and action plans to reduce transmission of COVID-19.

The dashboard of the results of the self-assessment is the result of analysis of high / medium / low risk individual / family / village data and as a monitoring tool for prevention activities. The analysis results are presented in the form of tables, graphs, maps and crosstab.
